The initiation of the PILOT phase within the national Project of implementing the European Medicines Verification System – EMVS
We inform you that on July 31st 2018, the meeting between OSMR technical team and the representatives of the software solution providers was held so as to align the next steps to be undertaken during the PILOT phase.
During the first phase of this process, between 01 – 15 August 2018, the software companies distribute the participation form to their clients: “Declaration of consent for voluntary participation in the PILOT phase”. We hereby remind you that the participation form needs to be filled in by the End-Users who wish to take part in the PILOT, electronically signed and sent to the following address: [email protected]
The software providers can choose between sending the enrollment form to the entire client portfolio or only to a limited number of clients, taking into consideration the fact that they need to be able to provide IT support throughout the entire process.
OSMR states that it is not allowed to promote software services to potential new clients for marketing purposes using the project, participating in the PILOT phase or the OSMR name.
Any End-User company (wholesale distributors, pharmacies, hospitals) can register at any time during the PILOT phase, after their IT solutions provider has completed the validation procedure for access to the technical documentation for connecting to SNVM (https://osmr.ro/solution-provider-it-pharma/) and the registration process as Final SNVM User, together with OSMR.
We hereby ask all types of End-Users, as foreseen by the Delegated Regulation 2016/161, to verify if their software solution providers are enrolled in the dedicated technical documentation portal (please see above).
