As it has been previously communicated, the V3 version of the National Medicines Verification System (NMVS) interface will be disconnected at the beginning of June, when the V5 version will be released.
It is important to note that all End-Users who use V3 will be disconnected from the NMVS and will not be able to fulfill their legal obligations regarding serialisation.
Previous experience has shown us that upgrading from one version to the other has proven to be a lengthy process, which is why we remind the software providers to plan their actions in advance.
Our recommendation is that the migration process to the V4 interface be done as soon as possible using the documentation that Arvato has made available on the portal: https://www.sws-nmvs.eu
