OSMR informs all End-Users that the procedure applicable in the case of changing the software provider has been updated.
According to the new amendments, End-Users who wish to change their software provider are NO longer required to perform the specific tests if the new provider already has other clients enrolled in the National Medicines Verification System (NMVS).
This change aims to simplify the process and responds to requests received from End-Users.
