OSMR has decided to eliminate the requirement for the End-User to upload the Self-Instruction Form OSMR-PSO-0002/F2 in the CRM SIMI* platform.
The decision comes in the context of updating the documents made available by OSMR and with the aim of simplifying the End-Users’ onboarding process to NMVS and of reducing their administrative burden.
The document will still remain available on the OSMR website, in the End-Users’ Useful Documents Section – Useful Documents , with our recommendation that it be consulted for the completion and internal documentation by the End-Users of the training process for the OSMR documentation related to the onboarding process to NMVS, and depending on the End-User’s decision for uploading to CRM SIMI.
