A new segment from the series of summaries related to the activity undertaken by our team, entitled: Spotlight on the OSMR Team, has our colleague: Adrian Zaharia, IT Consultant in the foreground.
Adrian has been involved in the serialisation project since 2018, offering support on technical issues, and taking over the Technical and Operations Director position for a period of approximately 1 year and a half.
At the same time, Adrian participated in a series of Working Groups organised at European level, namely:
- Project Managers Community – where representatives from all the European countries in which the Falsified Medicines Directive has been implemented participate, as well as EMVO representatives;
- National Medicines Verification System (NMVS) Governance – where, together with representatives from Austria, Ireland and Malta, the National Medicines Verification System’s collaborative governance model has been streamlined, including the collaboration between the National Medicines Verification Organisations (NMVO), independent of the NMVS provider;
- The NMVS Project on Acceptance Criteria Review – Working Group that emerged from the need to develop a unitary model for the NMVS reception, which is now used by all countries that have ARVATO as a NMVS provider.
In addition to his professional qualities in the field in which he operates, Adrian is a trusted member of the team, always showing commitment and an open communication, necessary elements for a successful implementation of the serialisation project.
