It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that we continue the series of summaries highlighting our team’s work, which was initiated a while ago – Spotlight on the OSMR Team.
Thus, we re-commence the series with our colleague: Mihai Păduraru, Test Engineer.
Mihai plays a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and the functionality of the National Medicines Verification System (NMVS) through comprehensive testing scenarios, both in the testing (IQE) and the productive (PROD) environment. He meticulously evaluates the performance of the software solution, identifying and addressing any potential issue that could pose a threat to the smooth operativity of the system.
Mihai joined our team in 2018 and until now he participated in the majority of testing scenarios, for the National Medicines Verification System, as well as for our internal applications, such as the Alert Management System.
His contribution to the team’s achievements is defined also by his collaborative spirit and openness, actively engaging with cross-functional teams to clearly understand the requirements and to define the test strategies.
We are extremely grateful to have Mihai as part of our team and we are looking forward to continuing our journey towards continuous improvement together.
