{"id":8214,"date":"2026-07-23T06:58:32","date_gmt":"2026-07-23T06:58:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/osmr.ro\/?p=8214"},"modified":"2026-07-23T07:00:08","modified_gmt":"2026-07-23T07:00:08","slug":"introducerea-sistemului-national-de-management-al-alertelor-nams","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/osmr.ro\/en\/introducerea-sistemului-national-de-management-al-alertelor-nams\/","title":{"rendered":"INTRODUCING THE NATIONAL ALERT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM &#8211; NAMS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are pleased to announce an important development within the National Medicines Verification System (NMVS): the implementation of the National Alert Management System (NAMS), now available to all End-Users in Romania \u2013 pharmacies, wholesalers and hospitals.<\/p>\n<p>Developed by Arvato, the NMVS provider, NAMS builds on extensive system expertise and a strong understanding of the regulatory framework, with the aim of improving alert management activities for all stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>We encourage all End-Users to start familiarizing themselves with this new system, as NAMS will become the official communication channel between End-Users, OSMR and the National Competent Authority (ANMDMR).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazyload aligncenter\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27798%27%20height%3D%27532%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20798%20532%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27798%27%20height%3D%27532%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"https:\/\/osmr.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-nams-site-scaled.png\" width=\"798\" height=\"532\" alt=\"\" title=\"-\"><\/p>\n<p><strong>How to access NAMS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>End-Users can connect to NAMS via the internal application, using the same credentials as for NMVS and the same digital certificate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What changes with NAMS?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NAMS introduces a more efficient and transparent way of managing alerts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alerts viewed in real time<\/li>\n<li>Add comments, supporting documents, or photos directly in the system<\/li>\n<li>Apply the correct resolution for each alert<\/li>\n<li>View all alerts, including history and status update<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The architecture of NAMS represents a significant improvement compared to the current workflow, which relies mostly on weekly alerts reports.
