Spotlight on the OSMR Team series<\/em><\/strong> places its focus on our colleagues from the Operations Department: Felicia Aciu \u2013 Account Manager<\/em><\/strong> and Loredana Mangeac \u2013 Account Specialist<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Any End-User who has gone through the registering procedures in order to access the National Medicines Verification System (NMVS) has benefited from the knowledgeable help of our colleagues along this complex process.<\/p>\n

From submitting a completed form, to performing tests in a dedicated test environment and to ultimately using the system, operating in the NMVS requires time and careful undergoing of the available documentation.<\/p>\n

Felicia and Loredana are here to help guide the End-Users through those steps, offering the correct piece of information and answering each query at a time.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, they are responsible for the first phase of analysis of the alerts raised by the verification system.<\/p>\n

Felicia has been with the organisation since 2018 and by showing commitment and attention to details \u00a0she has contributed to facilitating a collaborative working environment with both End-Users and Software Providers.<\/p>\n

Loredana joined the team in 2019 and in addition to supporting the registration of End-Users in the system, she is in daily contact with anyone who needs a timely answer to the countless questions received.<\/p>\n

Their hard work and dedication is greatly appreciated among our team members, and hopefully also among our external partners!<\/p>\n
