FMD implementation status, from OSMR perspective;<br \/>\n2. Affiliated member which has not complied with its obligations according to the Association Bylaws \u2013 exclusion proposal;<br \/>\n3. Decision for approval: OSMR Financial Statement for 2018, income and expenditure budget situation of 2018 and income and expenditure budget for 2019;<br \/>\n4. Report of the Board of Directors on the operations of the year which ended at 31.12.2018 and the distribution of the result, as well as the report of the auditor \u2013 KRESTON ROMANIA S.R.L. and inventory discharge of the OSMR General Manager \u2013 Mr. Laurentiu Teodor MIHAI, for the activities, operations and payments made and executed last year, until 31.12.2018;<br \/>\n5.
